The pool is now opened. You will need a new key as we re-keyed the gate. Keys are $5.00 and one per household. In order to get a key you must have your dues paid up and current. You will notice that the pool has been redone at the cost of over $20,000.00 with more to be done as we are able. Please respect the pool and the pool grounds, keeping them clean from trash.
In the next few days letters will be going out to homeowners who need to do repairs on their homes and yards to bring them up to standard. Why? this to keep the community looking as nice as possible so that all property valuse stay or continue to increase. |
